That's a bug! :D Quick look through btrfs-progs git log, I'm pretty sure 5.2 has the current scrub related fixes. But it's best if you can test btrfs-progs 5.4 (or even 5.4.1 if you have to build it anyway). If it does reproduce still, it might be useful for a developer to see the following output: $ cd /sys/fs/btrfs/<fsuuid>/allocation/ $ grep -r . -- Chris Murphy
