I did:

-> booted grml-live
-> built and installed btrfs-progs 4.14
-> ran 'btrfs rescue fix-device-size /dev/sda3' -> size was corrected
-> boot from btrfs and stressed the raid -> No more warnings :-))

The machine now runs since 6 houres or so. I didn't noticed any
warning so far...
