After upgrading to 4.0.0-rc5 from 4.0.0-rc4 I see "Object already exists" after reboot.
The fs is forced read only.
The error does not disappear after additional reboots.

Any additional info I can provide? Tests you want me to run?

Are you seeing this consistently with every boot?

If so, can you please revert this one:
