[PATCH] btrfs: remove unnecessary error check

If "(!IS_ERR(trans) || PTR_ERR(trans) != -ENOSPC))" is false,
obviously "trans" is -ENOSPC. So we can safely remove the redundant
"(PTR_ERR(trans) == -ENOSPC)" check.
