In an attempt to address the reviewer concern, and to
find a suitable solution to the btrfs-progs not been
able to in sync with the kernel changes, found a
solution which doesn't introduce new ioctl.
Along with it comes with new set of the dependent
patches viz 09/13 to 12/13. below.
