I tested 2 WD Green 1,5 TB and each of them goes about 90-100 MB/s at the 
beginning of the disk and about 40-50 MB/s at the end of the disk.

So did you run fio disk-zone-profile on the whole disk and made a graph?

If not, I do not believe your figures.
