[ANNOUNCE] xlogo 1.0.4

The xlogo program simply displays the X Window System logo.

This release consists of build fixes.

      man: replace hard coded man page section with substitution strings
      config: move man pages into their own directory

      Require xt >= 1.0 for appdefaultdir
