[ANNOUNCE] xkbevd 1.1.3

The xkbevd event daemon listens for specified XKB events and executes
requested commands if they occur.

This minor maintenance release cleans up the code & configuration.

      Replace local u*alloc wrappers with direct calls to standard funcs
