Wiki doc question

I am reading (again) the Xorg Wiki docs on Xinput ... I was noticing some parts
that have been localized to be Linux-only, gratuitously, no possible reason for
it. Is that the policy? Or is it an error that could be fixed?

If it is, what's the path I should take here, do I need to get some permission
to do this? I'm willing, if only I know the procedure, I just don't want to
impose my opinions on folks if there are more correct ways to do it (although I
don't think what I'm contemplating is very important). Small steps at first, right?
