This one is quite interesting. I also see these build failures on

- Fedora 6
- Mandriva 2007

I don't see them on

- Fedora 8
- Mandriva 2008
- SLES10
- SUSE 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 11.0 (Alpha3)

AFAICS RHDChipsetMap should be rhdChipsetMap. The error with the
undeclared rhdChipsetMapStruct I currently don't understand.
