Thanks a ton for your reply for the issue.It saved lot of my time
I have cleared that error and inturn now i successfully cross compiled xfree864.7.0 for ppc.

I have now installed the xfree 86 and merged with root file system 

Should i need to cross compile and install window manager also ?

Delete the '#define FbNoPixelAddrCode' line in xc/config/cf/cross.def, and
re-`make World`.
