You can find the file from root path of installation of XFree86 and bin
folder (mostly it should be at where you found XFree86 file)
if not you can you use locate/find command to find xf86config file

If both cases are not success, you can find example "XF86Config.eg" ( Rootpath of XFree86 Installation/lib/X11)

Using that as reference you can have your own XF86Config

XFree86 is Xserver.
For details run the command XFree86 --help

there is XFree86 but running the command XFree86 -configure..does nothing..

Binary/utility to generate XF86Config is "xf86config" located at "/usr/X11R6/bin/
