How to cross compile Tiny-X

Hi

Can u please say me how to cross compile the Tiny-x with the new cross
compiler and for a new target from scartch

and what are the configuration files to be changed and what are the
steps to be followed for getting cross compiled binary

please reply as soon as possible because i am running out of time
