Multimedia keyboard

I have Genius TwinTouch SE Multimedia keyboard, but cannot bring up to work 
multimedia keys. I have loaded "genius" extension, but when I press MM key 
(even in xev) does nothing. XF86Config have following lines at "Keyboard" 
section:

    Option "XkbRules"    "xfree86"
    Option "XkbModel"    "genius"
    Option "XkbLayout"   "us,ru(winkeys)"
    Option "XkbOptions" "grp:ctrl_shift_toggle"
