bundled freetype2 and fontconfig

when build xfree86(4.5.0) from source,
freetype2 and fontconfig is installed at /usr/X11R6,

this can trigger out all sort of problems when compiling other
programs. because bundled version are too old.

as well as xlibs(xrender, xext etc.)

how do you think about this?
