I have a system in which I just installed debian - the video card is all-in-wonder radeon 7500 the x server will only allow me a resolution of 800*600 and the bit depth is 8vesa compatible
every config I have tried to put with ATI specific setting always produces a problem and just crashes the server
any ideas if there is a decent driver for this card or point me in the right direction - i tried manuals but it seems maybeI am the only one facing a problem with this card.
any help will be greatly appreciated.
You'll need to provide more information than just this. Please post a copy of /var/log/XFree86.0.log.
