can't get second monitor to work

Hi there,
I've tried configuring my second monitor to use xinerama and seem to have set
the various configuration variables correctly (?) in /etc/X11/XFconfig but still
it doesn't work under X. All the boot-up messages are displayed fine on this
monitor and both work fine under Win XP. The log file shows an error relating to
the s3 driver - something about a failed ramdac probe. Can anyone please point
me in the right direction. My XFconfig and log files are below..
