one head fuzzy on twin head radeon 9200se

I have a twin head ATI Radeon 9200SE card with a pair of Viewsonic VE700 
(analog VGA) LCD panels attached to it.  I'm running 4.4rc2 configured with 
Xinerama.

One of the screens (the one connected to the VGA connector) is sharp and clear 
to look at, the other (attached to the DVI connector with converter cable) is 
quite fuzzy.  Is there anything I can do (config or otherwise) to fix this?
