New distributions of previously contributed code carry the new
licence.  Bug-fixed versions of previously contributed code will carry
the new licence.

Yes, I am glad that I retained the copyright to all my significant
contributions.

I am sorry I didn't add my name to the numerous existing files that I
tweaked over the years, but that would have been unfair to the
original authors.
