AS for myself, i would much prefer (from a legalese point of view), that the point 3 be changed to be made more understandable and that would need less explaining. I believe this is possible, but IANAL. Will you ship this FAQ together with the licence in the source ? I believe that this would be nice, especially as it is not all that big.
