I don't understand. In what I proposed, you would make a release with
the same group you do now, using the same process you do now.

What is the new bureaucracy that I proposed?

I did not propose new infrastructure either - I proposed sharing an
infrastructure. I don't care whether it's an existing one or not.

Specifically, what do you object to in the strawman proposal?

Or if you object to the whole thing, can you make your own proposal?

I'm not religious here. Anything that's going to work, great.  Let's
just please solve the problem...
