Question on fbglyph8

In looking at the source code for fbglyph, it appears it can reference fbglyph8 or fbglyph16. I see the source for fbglyph24 in the same file. I have not found the source for either fbglyph8 or fbglyph16 anywhere. Am I missing something or not looking in the right place.
