Meeting 1: general discussion of many topics, agreement to take a request back to BOD for comment on governance issue. See minutes. Meeting 2: not much happened, request did not really get clearly conveyed, agreement that to make progress BOD participants needed on call. Branden assigned to write up invitation. Meeting 3: doh, nobody sent the invitation in time. nothing much happens at meeting. Meeting 4 (in future): should be the one with BOD participants. If you or someone from BOD can give some proposed times for a call next week, then there shoudn't be a problem arranging Meeting 4 in a timely fashion with advance notice.
