I think you misunderstood my question.
I have no problems to create an show a window.
I want only no if it is possible to tell the WM, through a XLib function, to maximize/minimize the window. So that i become the same Xevent as i press the maximize/minimize button in the titlebar and the same width/height of the new window(through the Event).

I hope you understand now what i really want to know. :)
