I have used linux once back when version 7.2 was up-to-date and I was using a NVIDIA TNT2 Pro and it worked just fine and all... Today I went to install linux 8.0 from my iso's and it doesn't know what monitor i'm usin (7.2 didn't know either though) but it doesn't detect what video card i'm using and I get an error when I try to startx... I get error, i'm just giving the last 2 things...(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.Fatal server error:no screens foundok... I'll give you a lil further up on the log, I have to type this all out...(II) VESA(0): Initializaing int10(WW) VESA(0): Bad V_BIOS checksum(II) VESA(0): Primary V_BIOS segment is: 0xc000(II) VESA(0): VESA BIOS not detectedthen it goes through the unloads and after that gives that stuff at the beginning
