Hi,

I have a little problem setting up an X with debian (woody/stable).
The machine has a Matrox MGA 100 installed, and is running a Samsung 18" Flat Panel.

here is a sniplet out of the XFree86.0.log

i already ran dpkg-reconfigure and tried to use different settings, but nothing worked so far.

I even tried setting those settings down to 640x480 with 8bits color depth, but that did not help either.


Any help / guesses ?
