   I downloaded the nVidia drivers, followed the instructions explicitly on 
a new RH 7.3 install on a Dell Latitude.  With hand editing of the Xfree86 
config-4 file per the instrucitons, X started up in a beautiful 1600x1200 
resolution!  If you read it will work!

> There are 2 rpm's at the nvidia site, one for kernel and one for GLX. After installing them you need to hand edit the /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file. There are instructions at nvidia's site. And do not use XFdrake or anything when using nvidia drivers, do any changes needed by editing the config by hand.
