Thanks. Not sure how to validate the install then as I did follow it
step by step. The biggest problem is that I am not so much trying to
compile PHP, but our DLL for PHP which requires the basics as well to
ensure the build is successful.
I guess I will have to try a small test file myself and ensure things
are getting loaded.
