key mappings from OS X viewer to WinXP server

I need to pass Alt-Tab to the server, i have the mac left option key  
set up as left alt in the expert settings for the viewer on the mac...  
still no dice though!!

Also, the 'disable toolbar' setting in the OS X viewer expert settings  
does not make the toolbar at the top of the screen actually go away  
when in fullscreen mode... it is retracted though, however it pops out  
when you get near it... the problem is, you only have to get barely  
near it for it pop out and get in the way, i'd like to turn it off  
completely.

I'm using vnc viewer and server enterprise edition 4.5
