WinXP vncviewr can't connect with Fedora vncserver!

Hello,
I want to use vncviewer on WinXP to connect to vncserver on a Fedora
machine.  No firewall turn on, I can ping the machines.  They are both local
under same subnet.  Everything is straight.  However, once I run the vncviewer
on the WinXP, I got this error:
"unable to connect to host: Connection refused
(10061)".
I open the log file on the Fedora machine, and it says some errorous
stuffs:

Could you body decrypt
this and tell me what I should do to make the viewer to connect with the
server?
