[VLAN] Issue with Vlans and bridges | |

Hi, I have recently set-up a Linux box to act as a bridge and to do this with two Vlans. The first is a port level vlan, vlan 20 The second is vlan 40 I have no problems send packets in one direction, but the return packets never appear to make it. I can see them in tcpdump with a VLAN of 40, if I run tcpdump on eth0. If I run tcpdump on eth0.40 I only see the packets in one direction but never see the return packets. Has anyone seen this before or does anyone know what could be at fault?
