[VLAN] VLAN is not pinging each other

I have two single boards that placed in Chassis with a DTI switch. After
creating configures VLAN Ethernet on both boards, I could not ping VLAN
IP Address each other using Fabric Interface.  Boards can ping by itself
and pinging each other by using Base Interface.

Can you tell me what I am missing here? What further steps I need to do
in order to get VLAN communicate with different board via DTI switch.
