HI all! I'm setting up a vlan enviroment and I have already the vlan package installed and 8021q.o module loaded on the kernel. I'm using 2.4.22 kernel on a Dedian. I can add vlan normally... but I'm receiving a strange message when I'm observing packages passing through the linux using tcpdump that are saying me the following: "802.1d unknow version". So.. I'm unable to use this network.. If I plug a windows machine on the ports that has vlan enabled, nothing happens... I can't communicate with network. So.. Is there something I've missed? If someone can help me... Regards Fabiano.
