Any experience with Mini-PCI MP-6100: Techwell TW2815 and SPCT6100?

Hi,

  I'm looking at this MP-6100:
http://www.commell.com.tw/product/Surveillance/MP-6100.htm

Their press release [1] says it has "Techwell's TW2815 video decoder
and SPCT6100 H.264 encoder DSP" and it comes with a Linux SDK for
Fedora 11. Does anyone have any experience with these chips? What
are the chances I'll be able to get this to capture H.264 under linux?

Any tips?

Thanks in advance,
-chris
