go7007 support for DVD Xpress DX2 device

I was wondering if anyone was interested in hacking in support for an
additional device for the go7007 driver. The device, an ADS DVD Xpress
DX2 USB capture device, has a nice hardware encoder and is relatively
inexpensive, but its parent company seems less than happy to help out
any open source efforts.

I believe that there is no support for the TW9906 component in the
current go7007 driver, but I may be mistaken. Gritty details follow.

The four components on the board are:

Micronas GO7007SB
UABGO1
HJ5C7 OOM
03302006

hynix 613A
HY57V643220DTP-6
KOR

Techwell TW9906
BATA3-GR KC463711
