Re: kworld atsc110 remote, diffs attached

Hi all,

As promised, here are the diffs that enable the Kworld ATSC110 remote
control to work.  This is based largely (or entirely) on code I found
from Henry Wong.

The remote works fully, although keys don't "repeat".  I'm sure that's
a fairly easy change...

I will be busy the next few weeks, but any questions I'll try to
monitor this list and answer what I can.
