Veiko,
	If this is the same card as mine (subsystem 0070:3401), then the tuner
is "TCL MFPE05 2", which maps to tuner type=38 "Philips PAL/SECAM multi
(FM1216ME MK3)".

	There is a patch to tveeprom.c in cvs to fix this, which I believe has
only recently been submitted for inclusion in 2.6.13 linux kernel.  I
would suggest you install the latest v4l from cvs.
