mailing list broken?

Recently, my Cyrus/Sieve mail server stopped filtering the messages on
this list automatically to the folder destined to them.
My original filtering rules were based on the List-Id header, which is
now apparently missing. I changed the rules to what's below, which seems
to work for the moment:

If any of the following mail headers match: the header "List-Id"
contains "video4linux-list.redhat.com", the header "Sender" contains
"video4linux-list-bounces@xxxxxxxxxx", then file it into the folder
lists/video4linux-list. Then STOP processing rules.
