Of course, the Plextore drivers package for Linux includes an app
(gorecord) to capture to an AVI file. It uses their Video4Linux2
driver's mmap method and does provide a Video4Linux 2 interface. The
main thing the driver does not provide is the headers and trailers
needed in the AVI file. So, let's be happy Plexstore took the effort to
make a Linux driver that followed an existing API.
