From: Aurelio Sánchez 07/12/2004 20:25:09 In my Fedora Core 2 system (kernel 2.6.x, using /etc/modprobe.conf), I must comment out 'options bttv tuner....' to start trying another tuners using modprobe. Perhaps it may help you.

Once you've got a possible solution, don't forget rearrange the
modprobe.conf (or 2.4.x equivalent)!

seems there is a nice grip on it then. :)

Assuming you have reasons to believe the tuner is Secam-L capable, it should be easy to get the card out of autodetection, create a new entry or test on similar ones.

Any ideas about what tuner you have?
