I have both with 'y', but I think it should be fine the way you have it
too. If I read the sources/makefiles correctly, all you need to do to get
the missing symbol is a 'modprobe firmware_class' (I guess if that works,
I should add a request_module() or something in there to make it load
that automatically).
Note that the blackbird part of the driver still is not 100% ready (you
now still need to scale& unmute the audio correctly manually for the mpeg
stream to contain usable audio&video). It's on my todo list, when I get
some time (sorry 'bout the slowness).
