Or better, patch your tuner module with patches/as described 
http://67.18.1.101/~ckennedy/ivtv/new_tuners/

Or, use a newer version of v4l (see "Which versions of packages require 
patching" at bottom of the README on the download page.

Note: TCL 2002N is tuner type 50.
