compile problems with CX22702.c in video4linux-20041015-102924

Hi,

I just fetched down a new copyvideo4linux, version as in subject line.

Using make KDIR=/usr/src/linux

Most modules compile OK until it gets to CX22702.c

(Cannot dump errors out of mythbox, so am transcribing to this m/c, if 
you want the full error report, tell me and I will transcribe the whole 
thing!)

CX22702.c fails with numerous errors  first is:-

CX22702_create  cx22702.c:687 passing arg2 of 'dvb-register-frontend' 
from incompatibile pointer type,

Then there are a number of other errors in this module,  make aborts 
with errors 1 and 2

I cannot find any other posts on this, Am I doing something stupid, or 
is there a way around this problem?
