Hi all,
I have RTFM'd what ever I can find, and this is the first posting to the list.
Now the bit you hate

Os Mandrake 10.1 CE, kernel 2.6.8.1mdk , MSI tv@anywhere, Region req PAL-I (UK), cx8800

Problem no sound.

It on my machine at college.
I've downloaded the latest snapshots of both xawtv & v4l, is there anything else I need to do to get 
the sound working. I get noise out on all other standards.

I'm interested what does work with the PAL-I standard, nicam ?
