Grab regspy from the dscaler website, run it under windows under all
three settings (TV, svideo or composite, and FM). That should yield the
necessary GPIO settings. It sounds like you're getting a tiny amount of
crosstalk out of the cards audio mux; the proper GPIO value should boost
it to normal levels.

The gain values in BTSC_audio were from my Leadtek 2000XP NTSC register
dumps.. the datasheet values yielded very distorted audio. (Unless it's 
since been changed; I got diverted to another project.) If the audio 
doesn't sound right, try substituting in the values from your register
dump.
