What's the url for this plugin? I would definitely like to try it! Does it also have a built-in media player? Does it support an HD osd? I've always used xine-lib-1.2 vdpau + vdr-xine and the mplayer plugin for media playback. Then recently tried xineliboutput because it has a built-in media player.
