`mount -a` segfaults when 4th field is omitted (mount options)

with util-linux-2.19.1, `mount -a` segfaults easily:
# echo 'tmpd /tmp/x tmpfs' >> /etc/fstab
# mkdir /tmp/x
# mount -a
segfault

simple back trace:
