Do you really need to use newgrp(1) from util-linux?
The implementation from shadow-utils supports "sg" alias and the
option "-c".
sg <groupname> -c <command>

Well, from my point of view all mainstream distributions should to
use the shadow-utils. I'd like to keep util-linux implementation
compatible with shadow-utils, so we can port "sg" alias to our code.
