November 10 Update: Fire managers have
ignited on all three planned projects today.

Tentative prescribed fire plans for November 10
Flagstaff, AZ – Pending favorable conditions, fire managers are planning
prescribed fires on the following projects Tuesday, November 10.
All prescribed fire activity is dependent on personnel availability, weather
– including ventilation conditions, and approval from the Arizona Department
of Environmental Quality (www.azdeq.gov).
Fort Valley Project – up to 190 acres northeast of Hwy 180, 2 miles
east of Snowbowl Road. Smoke should disperse to the northeast. Some residual
smoke may be noticeable in the Ft Valley and Hwy180 areas overnight.
Anderson Mesa Project – 1000 acres east of Forest Highway 3 (Lake
Mary Rd), just south of Ashurst Lake. Smoke will disperse to the
northeast.
East Clear Creek Project – 300 acres between Knoll Lake and Forest
Road 300 (Rim Rd), approximately 16 miles - as the crow flies - southeast
of Clint’s Well. Smoke will disperse to the north and may briefly
impact the Clear Creek Pines subdivision.
