67fa10627ec0d8aa16f1cf38cf527e67d8097d3c, but only the second hunk.
fwiw, there's a pile more that do this single lun trick. also, might as
well remove the FL_IGNORE_DEVICE from the usb wireless drivers listed,
since userspace can fix them up too.
